I’m a product designer with 15+ years of experience across healthcare, AI, legal tech, and higher-ed, with a background in computer science and interactive media. My work centers on systems thinking, from design systems to internal tools and team workflows.

My recent focus is applying AI agents and LLM-powered tools to real product work. Not as demos or side experiments, but as practical collaborators in areas like:
